Bookings 2024
We are looking forward to welcoming you to our 2024 Open Evening on the 23rd of October. In order to ensure a successful evening for everyone we are putting into place this booking system and ask that you limit the number of people attending on the night. We ask that you book in for specific time slot and arrive up to 15 minutes after that time begins. The times and names will be monitored on the night.
We will have two entrances to choose from - main reception or the canteen entrance.
On arrival you will be presented with a map showing the rooms/subjects available to view on the night. Please make your way around that route in your own time and we will have people to guide and advice. There will be a short talk at 7.15 in the main canteen if you wish to also attend this. Refreshments will be provided in the main canteen.
